Special Note from the TzeTza Founders:
What is Kombucha?
It's a fermented beverage made from green tea.
It's a resting process, and the time it takes to be ready depends on the weather.
It's an ancient, medicinal, and probiotic beverage.
Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that, when introduced into our bodies, eliminate harmful bacteria and initiate a natural detoxification process daily.
Kombucha regulates the gut microbiota, the intestinal flora from which most diseases originate, such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, migraines, constipation, and digestive issues.
We are Tzetza Cabo, and we live in San José del Cabo. Here, we ferment kombucha, kefir, and other fermented beverages. We sell our products in the main squares of our municipality: Plaza Mijares in San José del Cabo and Plaza Amelia Wilkes in Cabo San Lucas.
We share information daily on our social media so that anyone who visits us can find our pages updated.

We have over 30 natural flavors, and our most popular are mixed berries and our natural or original flavor. We use local, seasonal fruit.
The name Tzetza comes from my sister-in-law Tzetzangary (a Purépecha name from Michoacán, meaning "beautiful flower"), my husband's sister. She was the first to tell us about kombucha 💜🩺 and its benefits, and she even gave us a taste. In honor of all the knowledge she shared with us, we named our project Tzetza Cabo.
We've been fermenting kombucha since November 2022.
