In addition to being an amazing podcast host and person, Mariah is a Certified Health Education Specialist and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a graduate degree in Health Education.
She is taking her educational background and personal experience to share positive, empowering, and entertaining messages around sex, sexuality, relationships, and all things sex-related. Her mission is to minimize the fear and stigma around those things and create more awareness and understanding for others to reach their optimal sexual wellness.
