We talk about managing expectations out of high school, marrying your creative passions with business, and how to be okay when doing something that is a little different to the norm. Caitlin shares her experience going straight into work out of high school and what it was like to watch her friends go off to university. We dive into the lessons she's learnt, challenges she's overcome and the rewarding moments which make everything worth it.
