Welcome to my podcast channel all about buying and selling property in Malaga Spain after 30 years as a property Consultant. As the shows are "International" I will be always speaking slowly, so non-English speakers can get a better Idea and understand better. The shows will be about local news and events in Malaga Spain as well as advice on buying and selling property. I also work full time dealing with major legal issues people have with their Spanish property and you can find more on my website link. The shows are not what one could call professional but will be informative to people who like Spain or want to live here, or already own property here. Thank you.© 2022 Malaga Real Estate Consultant Scienze sociali Scrittura e commenti di viaggio

A Brief Introduction to Just Rural Spain A New Weekly Podcast Every Friday
    Mar 13 2021

Hi. This is just a quick intro to my first podcast. The second podcast will be longer and with more details about my past 30 years living and working in Malaga Spain as an estate agent.
As these podcasts will be available and are intended for people all over the world and who may not speak English natively I shall be speaking "Slowly" in all shows so as everyone can understand them. I hope this helps you guys.

The shows will be all about life in Spain, living here and its ups and downs as well as how to buy property from start to finish. The 30 years I have had working daily in the field of an estate agent and construction company should be of help to people..... or at least I hope so. Any comments or requests please let me know. Stay safe.

  • Are you Thinking About Living In Spain?

Are you Thinking About Living In Spain?
    Mar 13 2021

My thoughts and advice for people who are thinking about moving to Spain permanently and the information I give in this show are from talks I have had with many clients over the years and how they have gone about making the decision to move here.

The best advice as you will hear in my show is to think outside the box and spend a good amount of time here first, preferably in the summer so you get a taste of the heat for a long stretch of time and not just a week's holiday.

    As Always. Be Safe
