One thing seems to stand in the way of owners who want to work 'on' their business.
A lack of time.
So let's talk about it.
The old adage goes.
"When you're up to your arse in alligators it's difficult to remember that you're there to drain the swamp".
The alligators are the day-to-day things that grab your attention NOW!
Emails, telephone calls, and WhatsApp's are the worst but there are others.
Draining the swamp is the big picture.
Building a high profit business you don't need to work in all the time.
Now, not having enough time to change is a myth.
You always have time, provided you look after it as though it were your most precious commodity.
(Which it is).
And that is precisely what the next hashtag#MARShow is all about – making time for change.
We're going to be looking at the reasons people don't seem to have enough free time.
Plus, ways to free up some time so you can work 'on' your business.
And a very groovy time management system (that I use) called Coloured Time.
Which is a great way to give you balance.
And make sure everything gets done (especially draining the swamp).
