People who suffer from neurotypical disorder face a wide range of barriers to employment. It is estimated that in Australia right now , the unemployment rate for neurotypical individuals is as high as 4%. In this episode we talk about ways we can make our workplaces more accessible for NeuroTypicals so that we might have a future where all NeuroTypical people can contribute meaningfully to all workplaces.
