In this episode, Kara sits down with MARQUISE, the Thai artist and Dream Academy finalist behind solo debut song, “dontneedyouanymore.” MARQUISE opens up about auditioning at 15, balancing school with training, and figuring out what came next after Dream Academy. She shares how she kept moving through auditions, dance skills, and why she’s now building a bridge between Thai production and Western pop. MARQUISE is the latest solo artist proudly presented by YUPP! Entertainment—a rising pop artist who breaks traditional boundaries bridging Thai production with Western pop culture. Highly known for her participation in The Debut: Dream Academy—the competition produced by HYBE and Geffen Records that formed the world-class act; KATSEYE, representing Thailand on one of the most-watched formation stages which was further chronicled in the 2024 Netflix original docuseries, Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE. MARQUISE brings a rare, potent combination: a rigorous international training pedigree, bilingual fluency in Thai and English, positioned as one of Thailand’s most recent internationally credible emerging pop artists, ready to redefine the global stage on her own terms.
