I'm always looking for healthy ways to heal, grow, and better understand myself. When Valerie Jacqueline Ritchie introduced me to 9D Breathwork, I knew I wanted to try it.

In this video, I share my honest experience as someone who has lived through trauma, grief, loss, and life's many curveballs. This isn't a medical review or a scientific explanation—it's simply my experience.

Did I know what to expect? Nope.

Did I forget how to breathe the moment I had to think about breathing? Absolutely.

Did I leave hungry? HONGRY.

More importantly, I walked away feeling lighter, and weeks later, I still feel like something shifted. Healing looks different for everyone, but this was a meaningful step in my own journey.
