Karol started his Instagram page sharing healthy recipes for food that looked so so bad but that were actually healthy for you. They single handily let people know that dieting doesn't have to be boring!

Anyone who follows Karol knows he is a tattoo enthusiast with a sincere love for music and he talks about all of this in the podcast. 

Karol and his wife have had a rollercoaster few years full of many highs and lows and it was so amazing to get a husbands perspective on these trials in a marriage. 

They have welcomed the birth of their gorgeous son Gene who as they put it themselves "has an extra chromosome of coolness". 

When Gene was born with Down Syndrome Karol documented this on his Instagram in the most admirable, beautiful and proud way and by doing so he has helped so many people. Including Lynda and she speaks about all this in the pod.
