    Lux Radio Theatre presents “Rawhide,” episode 915, originally broadcast March 22, 1955. This NBC Radio adaptation of the 1951 Twentieth Century-Fox Western stars Jeffrey Hunter and Donna Reed, with William Conrad as outlaw Rafe Zimmerman.

    At an isolated 1860 relay station at Rawhide Pass, stagecoach worker Tom Owens and station boss Sam Todd receive word that an escaped outlaw may be in the area. When danger arrives at the remote stop on the Jackass Mail route, those inside face a tense frontier standoff centered on the next eastbound stagecoach.
