Hello and Welcome to The Thirteen Hour Life Coach Podcast.
Today I am speaking to Lucy Hilary,
Lucy scored really high on a fun Autism quiz that was sent around her work as a bit of fun and the more she researched it and then when a family member died, she realised that she wasn't handling the loss as other people would.
She seemed out help initially with Autism, and was asked 10 questions, in which Lucy stored 7. Which lead her on to actually going for an Autism assessment which she had to wait for for 18 months... but she did it!!!
But then after the diagnosis she talks about being SENT BACK INTO THE NORMAL WORLD again!!! (which many of us can relate to!!).
We talk about :
- Eye contact and actually coming off of the video camera for this episode, worked wonders.
- Lucy concentrating on women with Autism, and perhaps as we get older we spend less time with those who don't matter to much, and rid the people who sap our energy or not to invest in a relationship.
