Losses and gains are a natural part of the human experience. The beauty of that is every time we lose something, we gain something. After processing the loss, focusing our attention on the gains are momentous. I touch on the couple of losses I have chosen recently and the feelings I have around that.
Growth and achievements are important to me. The realization that surrender is a pivotal part of existence has been freeing to say the least.
