A proposito di questo titolo

My podcast is a sacred container for sharing authentic, vulnerable and intimate conversations. My intention is to create and hold a space that feels safe, real and grounded. I hold sacred space. I serve as a sacred witness. I heal. I co-create the blessed grace & conditions for us to heal. I honour your journey. I share mine too. I activate and initiate a remembering within you. I serve as an agent of the divine mother and assist souls in their remembering and awakening. I allow the divinity in me to connect with the divinity in you. I have immense gratitude to serve in this way.

  • Fear As A Portal
    Oct 28 2026

Fear is not the signal to stop - it’s the green light that something in your life is ready to change.

In Season 1 Episode 9 of Logos, Jennifer Nelson shares a deeply personal reflection on why discomfort, anger, and fear can become portals to alignment, healing, and a completely new timeline.

Jennifer opens up about the cost of staying in a "good enough" version of life, the false safety of old patterns, and the moment you realize the path you’re on no longer fits. She reframes fear as proof you’re stepping into something new, and shows how soul wounds, limiting beliefs, and nervous system regulation all play a role in whether you move forward or stay stuck. To work with Jennifer:

    • Why fear can be a confirmation that you’re on the right path
    • How old beliefs about safety keep people trapped in misalignment
    • The difference between acceptance and settling
    • Why soul wounds can become teachers instead of traps
    • How to work with fear and anger without overwhelming your nervous system

This episode is especially resonant if you’ve been feeling called to change but keep freezing at the edge of it. • Choosing "Householder" as a spiritual path
    Sep 28 2026

The Miracle Is in the Mundane: Our Soul choose "Householder" as a Spiritual Path.

What if caring for your family and tending to everyday tasks isn’t separate from your spiritual path—but the very crucible in which it occurs?

In this episode of Logos, Jennifer Nelson reflects on how her soul chose the spiritual path of "householder" in this incarnation.

What is Householder Yoga: living a spiritual life while fully engaged in the ordinary rhythms of home, family, and community.

She explores how folding laundry, preparing meals, caring for children, and showing up for loved ones are acts of sacred service.

Jennifer shares a personal moment of finding beauty in the sunlight on a quiet drive home after a traumatic time for her family, and how it reminded her that the divine can meet us in both suffering and stillness.

She also challenges the idea that spiritual worth or "credentials" are not earned through perfection, achievement, or outside approval.

For anyone who has felt unseen or “not enough” in the sacred work of caregiving and daily life, this episode offers a compassionate reminder: your ordinary acts of love and service matter. You don’t need spiritual credentials to find meaning in the mundane or to feel worthy of connection with the divine.
