A heartfelt story about 9 year old Archie, and his families journey living with Leukaemia.
Join us for the highs and lows and everything in between.
In this episode, Natalie discusses how she first saw the signs in Archie and how she attempted to find out what was wrong.
Appointments, living day to day life and not knowing what was happening, why and what to expect.
Speaking with doctors, balancing work and hospital appointments is one part of this story for Archie and his family.
This story not only affects Archie, who is battling everyday through Leukaemia but those around him and how they take each day as it comes.
We have Natalie, Archie's mum, Olivia, Archie's sister, Harry, Archie's brother, then Archie's dad, Baz, grandfather Colin and grandmother Michelle and everyone else in-between.
As Natalie discusses her struggles, losses and wins, we see an insight into a mothers side of the story and her pain to overcome the odds.
With each step, one door closes and another opens with Natalie, Archie and the family, when they eventually found out the news they weren't expecting.
This podcast will try to help those that may have just started their journey, at any stage or if it is a friend or family to answer any questions, fears and reassure and support those that may be going through this themselves or alone.
There will be links below for support groups and for further information on Archie's journey and linked charities and groups.
There will be laughs and smiles and not just doom and gloom. This is a raw, honest and open discussion where there is no taboo subject.
