Patrick Roark was indeed arrested and arraigned today in Raleigh County, West Virginia. We have a reporter on the scene. Shout out to Josephine ‘Jozy’ Moore. Video is uploading now. Here’s what we know.
- Patrick was indeed told many times, over and over again, that he is to not contact any of the Whittakers. The Judge named them each.
- He was arrested for 11 counts that were all felonies. 5 counts of financial fraud exploitation of an incapacitated person. 5 counts of fraudulent schemes and 1 count of fraudulent use of an access device.
- His bond was set at $150,000.
- He refused a public attorney and will provide his own.
When I asked if he has anything to say, he responded “It’s a great day in West Virginia isn't it?”
