The best systems don't make your business less human. They help you care at scale. ❤️
I recently joined Dr. Alexis Bjelica's on her podcast, The Learning Alchemy Lab: A Modern Approach to Teaching Online, for a conversation about something I've been thinking about a LOT lately.
What if giving your clients MORE is actually making it harder for them to get results?
Dr. Alexis approaches online education and learning from a completely different perspective than I do, which made this conversation SO interesting.
We talked about how to stop building offers around everything you COULD teach and start designing them around the ONE result you actually want your clients to achieve.
In this episode, we dive into:
- 🍽️ The kitchen sink offer problem: Why adding more curriculum, resources, and support isn't always helping your clients succeed
- 🎯 The question that changes everything: What result are we actually here to create?
- 📊 How to track intangible client results: Yes, even things like confidence, mindset, and personal transformation can be measured!
- ❤️ Why systems can make your business MORE human: How automation creates opportunities for more personalized support
- 👻 Why clients quietly disappear: And how to build systems that catch disengaged clients before they slip through the cracks
- 🔄 How I tested a completely new direction inside Systems Over Stress: Without throwing away my existing offer and starting from scratch
One of the biggest lessons from my own offer refresh has been that MORE isn't necessarily BETTER.
More curriculum doesn't automatically mean better results.
More support features don't automatically mean better results.
And more things for your clients to do can actually make it harder for them to achieve the ONE thing they paid you for.
Sometimes the most impactful thing you can do is simplify.
This is a short episode of Prove It because I'm sending you over to listen to our full conversation on Dr. Alexis's podcast!
She's brilliant, and I highly recommend checking out the rest of her episodes, too.
