This meditation is perfect for busy moms who feel mentally full, physically tense, or disconnected from their body’s signals. You can listen all the way through, or simply use the mantra below as a grounding practice throughout your day.
Take a few deep breaths. Let your body guide you back into presence. You don’t need to push or hustle your way to clarity. It’s already speaking.
