    Observations of what I have been seeing,meeting, experiencing back in my birth country - Albania. I am being hit by so many things I had been part of for the first 25-30 years of my life, and then off for 23 years, AND now back again. The first and foremost, is how solidly stuck most people are in their thoughts, knowing, beliefs, with virtually ZERO room for anything new, or hearing everything new and checking it through the old guarding thought-way and knowing, this making the new information making no sense in their heads and hearts. Wow! Hopefully, this will change soon.

    Consciously or subconsciously, we allow thoughts to linger in our minds, we entertain them, and make more thoughts of the same kind, until this becomes a belief, and we have no longer control over it. It is now in the subconscious mind, and it will run the show in the background and dictate from now on what thoughts you will have and actions you will take. So the basis of Mindfulness is exactly this - start observing, because each attempt of observation is actually a torch in your hand, shedding light to the direction you are observing.
