My guest Jon Jennings is extremely accomplished, aware, and thoughtful — and he tests the limits of this Encouragement Session format. He arrives with a question: Is it possible to be encouraged not for a specific project or focused area, but simply to be lifted up and motivated toward the best life possible, period? Jon brings a full complement of energy, emotion, and life experience to examine his own story, and he drops into this conversation from a place of honest openness — exploring the ongoing adjustments and inspirations toward his own version of a successful, well-lived life. This conversation challenges all of us to look again at who benefits from a judgment-free space where we're allowed to dream and imagine our best lives. Jon was willing to take on the public exposure and relative risk of appearing on this podcast.
