Most people choose comfort in their 40s and retirement in their 50s. Prashanth Urs chose discomfort instead.
After a decade in banking, he stepped into entrepreneurship—and found running as his anchor. From early mornings at GKVK, Bengaluru, to podium finishes and becoming a familiar name among runners, Prashanth kept pushing his limits.
His biggest test came at the Pangong Frozen Lake Marathon in Ladakh—42.195 km on a frozen lake, over 14,000 ft above sea level, in temperatures as low as –24°C. Battling thin air, extreme cold, and exhaustion, he finished the marathon and became part of a Guinness World Record.
This episode is about resilience, discipline, and proving that growth has no age limit. That’s Intentionality.
