A proposito di questo titolo

"The Life of an Average Somebody" describes a journey of life lessons – some good, some bad, but all meaningful. Throughout each episode hidden between the words are messages that offer opportunities disguised as challenges. They address how adversity provides growth and that mistakes are necessary to learn. Most importantly, it openly acknowledges that everyone is average – regardless of how much money, number of degrees, where someone lives, or what is owned. But, we are also somebody. For me, I am somebody to my children and to my wife. I am somebody who makes a difference in other people’s lives.  I am somebody who wants to help others achieve their goals.  And, hopefully, I will become somebody to you.© 2020 Coach Randy Economia Scienze sociali

Control the Controlables is being able to differentiate between those things are not in our control and understanding what is - when we do, it makes life much easier and more palatable.
