Whoa, how often are women scared to admit they are overstimulated and on the verge of breaking? This woman I can relate to. I can remember having (what I learned later after my diagnosis) a meltdown and asking for someone to take over mothering my son. We don't talk about this enough. We need to acknowledge that there are women who are in breakdown with nowhere to turn. It's expected for us to carry the weight with a smile and no burnout. That's impossible.
