• Life Begins at 40: Rediscovering Yourself With Chrissi Harris
    Oct 13 2026

In this episode of Let A Bitch Live, I'm joined by Chrissi Harris, host of Found at 40, to talk about getting older, figuring out who we are, and why your 40s might be the perfect time to start editing your life.

Chrissi and I are around the same age, but we're in completely different stages of life when it comes to career and motherhood. She's raising three older kids and beginning to rediscover parts of herself outside of parenting. I'm raising a toddler and still figuring out how to make room for everything I want to do.

We talk about the pressure to have it all, the lives we imagined we would have by 40, and the expectations we're finally ready to let go of. We also get into over-the-top kids' birthday parties, the difference between setting goals at 25 and 40, and why our grandparents always seemed so old.

I'm Cori White, and this conversation reminded me that getting older doesn't mean having everything figured out. Sometimes it means knowing yourself well enough to decide what you're keeping, what you're changing, and what you're no longer interested in doing.

Find Chrissi's podcast, Found at 40, on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube, and follow her on Instagram at @foundat40podcast.

  • Dating After Divorce: Red Flags, Green Flags & Finding Love in Your 40s
    Sep 29 2026

In this episode, I'm talking with my friend Lisa about divorce, dating in your 40s, starting over, and eventually finding a relationship full of green flags.

My friend Lisa loves a jerk.

Well - to be fair to her, she loved a jerk. She's done some work since then.

Lisa went through a divorce in her late 30s and then had to figure out what dating looked like in her 40s as a single mom. And girl, it was a JOURNEY.

We're talking about the parts of divorce she hid from her friends (including ME!) while she was going through it, therapy, co-parenting, dating apps, ghosting, red flags, boundaries, and some men who provided excellent stories for our group chat but were probably not excellent relationship choices.

We also talk about the confidence Lisa has found as she's gotten older and how much her dating experience changed when she got clearer about who she was and what she actually wanted.

And eventually, after years of being attracted to the biggest asshole in the room, she found herself a green flag man.

I'm Cori White, host of Let A Bitch Live, and Lisa is the third of my best friends to sit down with me for one of these conversations. She's funny, vulnerable, unfiltered, and exactly as much of a vibe as I promised she would be.

If you know someone who's going through a divorce, dating after divorce, starting over, or just needs a little of Lisa's bad bitch energy, send her this episode.

  • My Fall Let A Bitch Live List (My Version of a Bucket List)
    Sep 20 2026

I'm giving bucket lists a new name: Let A Bitch Live Lists.

In this episode, Cori shares how she creates her seasonal lists and the three guidelines she uses to keep them from becoming another list of things she's "supposed to accomplish."

For fall, she's keeping it to six things. Some involve actually going somewhere and doing something. Others are as simple as getting a really good pumpkin spice latte and taking the time to actually enjoy it.

What makes it "let a bitch live" worthy is being realistic about what will actually be enjoyable. **ENJOYING LIFE** is the point, girl. An Instagram reel of a family having the perfect day at a pumpkin patch doesn't mean hauling your own kids to a pumpkin patch is going to be fun. Sometimes the thing that looks good isn't actually worth the time, money, energy, planning, or toddler wrangling it requires.

Cori shares her own Fall Let A Bitch Live List and the thought process behind what made the list - and what didn't.

Create your own Fall Let A Bitch Live List and share it with Cori on Instagram @letabitchlivepodcast. She wants to see what's making the bitches live this fall.

  • "Three Kids Is Kicking My Ass": The Complicated Realities of Motherhood
    Sep 7 2026

Cori sits down with one of her best friends of more than 30 years, Lauren, to talk about having three very young kids — and being honest about how fucking hard it has been.

Lauren talks openly about her complicated feelings around finding out she was unexpectedly pregant with a third child, her difficult third pregnancy and delivery, postpartum anxiety, raising three kids under five, working, marriage, friendships, and the day-to-day chaos of having three little people who need her at the same time.

There's also a lot of love in the chaos. Lauren talks about dancing in the kitchen in pajamas, watching her daughters interact with their baby brother, crying happy tears over the three children she once didn't know she'd be able to have — and then yelling at them two minutes later.

Cori and Lauren also talk about the kind of friendships that survive different seasons of life, letting go of the pressure to do everything, and finding small pieces of yourself when motherhood is taking up a whole lot of the available space.

Lauren loves her son. She wouldn't change having him. She is grateful for her three kids. Her life would also be easier with two.

All of those things get to be true at the same time.

  • Ep 4: Our First Mammograms at 40: What the hell should we expect?!
    Aug 25 2026

Taryn is back on LABL for a MAIN B episode!

We're both 40 - which means we've entered the era of scheduling our first mammograms. After one of the main B's dropped very direct reminder in our group chat to GET YOUR MAMMOGRAM, we both finally made the appointments.

On this episode we're chatting about what the hellllll to expect.

Does a mammogram actually hurt? Why can't you wear deodorant? How awkward is the boob placement? What happens if you get called back? And why did mammograms always feel like something we'd have to worry about someday...until someday suddenly became now?

We talk about all of it — plus health anxiety, the never-ending list of medical shit that seems to come with getting older, and the strange realization that we're officially women who get mammograms now.

Also introducing two new LABL additions: Episodes With My Main Bees and Taryn's very own segment, Corny or Not?

And if you're due for a mammogram and you've been putting it off, consider this your group-chat reminder to schedule the damn thing. SCHEDULE IT, B*TCH!

We're sharing our own experiences and conversations as friends, not medical advice. Talk with your healthcare provider about the screenings that are appropriate for you.

  • The Results of Limiting My Social Media Use In July to Help LABL
    Sep 2 2026

    About the episode!

In July, Cori decided to experiment with limiting her social media use. She bought a Brick, blocked herself from social media between 10 PM and 8:30 AM, and wanted to see what would change.

In this follow-up to the July Experiment (Episode 2), Cori shares the five things she noticed after changing her social media habits, including what didn't work, what surprised her, and the unexpected effect it had on her sleep.

She also talks about the complicated part of trying to spend less time on social media while building a podcast that she needs social media to promote.

Plus, this episode is a month late, so there's also a little encouragement for anyone who started something, dropped it somewhere along the way, and needs to just pick the damn thing back up.

Follow Let A Bitch Live on Instagram @letabitchlivepodcast and tell Cori how you handle social media. Are you setting limits, using an app blocker, or just letting yourself scroll?

  • Ep 3: My Best Friend on Getting Diagnosed with MS at 40
    Jul 6 2026

What is it actually like to be diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) at 40? This week I sit down with my best friend of 28 years, Taryn, for her first-ever interview about life with MS — the strange early symptoms she ignored for years, the nine months of doctors not knowing what was wrong with her, the MRI that changed everything, and why she never cried once.

We talk about the journal entry I wrote on her birthday — a year before her diagnosis — when I noticed her pulling away and couldn't figure out why. We get into what it's like to parent four kids with a chronic illness, why she refuses to be pitied or babied, how our friend group learned to joke about it (and why that's exactly what she wanted), and what she'd tell anyone whose life gets flipped upside down in the middle of it.

Whether you're living with a chronic illness, love someone who is, or are just trying to figure out your forties — this one's for you.

    In this episode:

    • The first noticeable MS symptoms — and the weird early warning signs (electric shocks, wrist pain, slurred speech) that doctors missed for years
    • How long it took to get an MS diagnosis, from "it's probably your hip" to MRI lesions and a neurologist
    • Why Taryn never cried — and whether "just keep grinding" is a coping strategy or a superpower
    • Feeling like an inconvenience: girls' trips, wheelchairs, and what her friends did right
    • Parenting four kids with MS, and the husband who won't let her be negative
    • Turning 40 with a progressive chronic illness — and not having a midlife crisis about it
    • Her advice for the newly diagnosed, and for anyone whose friend is going through it: don't pity, don't baby — let a bitch live

  • Episode 1: Turning 40 & Letting A Bitch Live
    Jun 18 2026

I recorded this first episode on my 40th birthday, and instead of celebrating with answers, I'm celebrating with questions. In the very first episode of Let A Bitch Live, I share the story behind the podcast, a text message from a friend that reminded me why life is worth living, and five things I've been thinking about as I enter my 40s—from friendship and perimenopause to caring less about what people think and figuring out what it means to build a life that feels fully lived.
