Welcome to ShopSoup! Different show. Different batch. Glad you're here. For this episode it's about putting two weeks of Texas style training to use in the shop. One that showcased hospitality and speed of service, to the other that focused on knowing your numbers and how they help you understand your business. Both equally important to a small business owner.
I kind of wrap it up with comparing what I learned or should say, re-confirmed with a trip to New York City the other day with my family, where a good time was enhanced by great service where every we went. Parallels for sure.
