For 22 years, SFC Roland Irions Jr., USA (Ret.) dedicated his life to serving our Nation, leading Soldiers, and teaching others to master complex systems that transformed the U.S. Army.

As a logistics leader, instructor, and Senior Chief Instructor, Roland helped shape the next generation of military professionals before going on to train more than 150,000 Soldiers and Department of Defense civilians on enterprise systems including IPPS-A and GCSS-Army. After retiring from the Army, he founded Cajer LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, continuing his mission of helping organizations navigate change.

    Then came another crossroads.

The technology landscape shifted, forcing Roland to reinvent his business—and himself. Rather than resisting change, he embraced it. Today, as an AI Training Specialist at Skilldora®, he helps business leaders, entrepreneurs, and veterans harness artificial intelligence to work smarter, lead better, and prepare for the future.

Roland's story reminds us that the greatest leaders are lifelong learners. His journey demonstrates that courage isn't just found on the battlefield—it is also found in the willingness to adapt, grow, and embrace the unknown.

Whether you're a military leader, executive, entrepreneur, educator, or someone wondering how AI will shape the future of work, you won't want to miss this inspiring conversation.

S5:E194🎙️ LIVE with Dr. Linda Kostic, DIT Cybersecurity Audit, Agility, AI & the Discipline of Lifelong Learning Mark your calendars! The Leadership & Success Podcast with Coach BZ — S5:E194 goes LIVE with Dr. Linda Kostic—cybersecurity educator, author, audit and risk leader, and lifelong learner whose career spans more than three decades across technology, cybersecurity, audit, risk management, and education. 📅 Tuesday, September 29, 2026 ⏰ 6:00 AM PT (San Francisco) | 9:00 AM ET (Washington, D.C.) 📍 LIVE on LinkedIn → RSVP & Join the Discussion! 🌟 Meet My Guest Dr. Linda Kostic has built a remarkable career at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology, audit, risk, governance, education, and now artificial intelligence. Her leadership journey includes senior roles with Citi, T. Rowe Price, Transamerica, and E*TRADE Financial, where she helped organizations navigate cybersecurity and technology audit, enterprise and operational risk, regulatory compliance, third-party risk, and major transformation initiatives. Today, Linda serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), teaching undergraduate and graduate students while bringing decades of real-world experience into the classroom. But what I find particularly compelling about Linda's story is her commitment to lifelong learning. Throughout her career, she has repeatedly accepted assignments in areas she had not yet mastered—and then learned, built, led, and ultimately helped others grow. Learn. Build. Develop Others. Leave It Better. That is leadership. ❤️🙏🏾 📘 Featured Conversation: Transforming Cybersecurity Audit Practices with Agility and Artificial Intelligence (AI) We will explore Linda's 2026 book, Transforming Cybersecurity Audit Practices with Agility and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and an increasingly important question: How can Agile practices and AI transform cybersecurity auditing while preserving the professional judgment, critical thinking, accountability, and human oversight that effective assurance requires? We will discuss where AI can reduce administrative burden, improve audit efficiency, strengthen analysis and enable auditors to spend more time on what humans do best—asking difficult questions, exercising judgment, understanding risk, communicating insight, and helping organizations make better decisions. 🎓 What You Will Learn… ✨ Why lifelong learning is a discipline, not simply a slogan. ✨ How Linda went from accounting into technology, cybersecurity, audit, risk, and AI—and what leaders can learn from repeatedly stepping into unfamiliar territory. ✨ Why leaders don't need to know everything before accepting a difficult assignment—but they must know how to learn. ✨ How Agile methodologies and AI can reshape cybersecurity auditing. ✨ Where AI can augment auditors—and where human judgment and accountability must remain essential. ✨ How organizations can move from periodic, process-heavy auditing toward more agile, data-informed and continuous approaches to assurance. ✨ Why developing people, not merely processes and technology, is essential to sustainable transformation. ✨ What Linda has learned from three decades of leadership—and what today's cybersecurity and AI professionals should be learning now. 📚 Explore Linda's book: Transforming Cybersecurity Audit Practices with Agility and Artificial Intelligence (AI) 💬 Join the Conversation! 🗺️ Where are you tuning in from? 📅 Thursday, October 8, 2026 ⏰ 3 PM PT (San Francisco) | 6 PM ET (Washington, D.C.) 📍 LIVE on LinkedIn → [RSVP & Join the Discussion]

I am honored to welcome Nicole S. Palmer—award-winning and Amazon #1 bestselling author, speaker, corporate strategist, editor, media entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of Delnic Media, and creator of Black Womaning in Corporate America®—for an insightful leadership conversation about navigating the rules that nobody explains.

Nicole has spent nearly three decades navigating what she describes as “boardrooms, bias, and bureaucracy.” Today, she is transforming those experiences into strategies, stories, and platforms designed to help others navigate their careers with greater awareness, agency, and authenticity.

    Her philosophy is powerfully simple:

“I write about the rules nobody explains.”

    📚 THE BOOK

We will dedicate a special segment to Nicole’s award-winning, Amazon #1 bestselling book:

Playing the Game While Black Womaning in Corporate America™: Your Ultimate Playbook in Navigating Power, Perception, and Prejudice in the Workplace

This isn't simply a conversation about surviving corporate America. We are going deeper:

How do you understand the game, navigate the unwritten rules, advance your career—and still remain authentically YOU?

    ✨ WHAT YOU WILL LEARN…

✨ Why outstanding performance alone may not be enough to advance your career.

✨ How to recognize and navigate the unwritten rules of corporate America.

✨ How power, perception, and prejudice can influence careers, opportunities, and leadership.

✨ How to understand organizational politics without compromising your integrity.

✨ Why relationships, sponsorship, visibility, and social capital matter.

✨ How to navigate bias strategically without internalizing it.

✨ How to protect both your peace and your paycheck.

✨ How leaders can make the unwritten rules more transparent and create workplaces where talented people can truly thrive.

✨ How Nicole transformed decades of corporate lessons into an award-winning book, media platform, and entrepreneurial mission.

And one question I especially look forward to asking Nicole:

“How do we learn to play the game—and even win the game—without losing ourselves in the process?”
