This time on La Raba Viajera we travel all the way to Senegal, with the first-hand experience of our ESC volunteer from Italy, Alessandro.

Before coming to Santander, Alessandro spent a year in Senegal doing a civil service project. Listen to him talking about this unique experience and everything that he learned.

Hello and welcome fans of La Raba Viajera! The podcast is back with a new episode full of interesting ideas about addiction: what does it mean to be addicted? What happens in our brain when we feel that persistent desire we can't give up? And how many myths are there to dispel around the topic of addiction?

During the episode, our ESC volunteer and neurobiologist Francesca will delve into the topic of social media addiction, to explain what is the phenomenon of FOMO that is spreading nowadays and introduce the testimonies of some of her fellow travelers in this period of living abroad.
