LETS Keep it light podcast with Dr. Ginger Bowler focuses on what she calls "above the line living." As co-founder of LETS (Light and Energy Training Seminars), she and her colleagues like to discuss all those things that help us live a happier healthier life, naturally. Many of the episodes focus on Red, InfraRed, Blue and Green Light therapy or photobiomodulation while the others focus on "understanding energy" / understanding that we are energy beings with a physical body and not just a physical body with a soul or spirit. Interested in helping humanity 'lighten up" these episodes are fun and engaging even when dealing with sometimes serious topics.

Ginger's doctorate is in Energy Medicine and Spiritual Healing. She is the author of "Listening and Communicating with Energy," Hanna Kroeger Natural Healer and the LETS Light Therapy certification curriculum.

Her guest speakers will all be experts in their area of understanding energy and what we can do to "keep it light."

In this episode, pioneering clinician Judy Lyles, RN, CLTI, shares how she brought light therapy (photobiomodulation) to the VA hospital in Florida—starting with a grant and a pilot study that showed dramatic improvements in diabetic patients' pain, circulation, and mood. The therapy became so popular among veterans that the VA pain clinic adopted it, and today 14 VA hospitals use light therapy for conditions ranging from wound healing to cognitive function. Now she's developing online training courses to help more healthcare professionals bring this powerful, non-invasive treatment to their own patients.
