When you love yourself you stop fighting, you stop blaming others, and in turn your interactions with others grows deeper, as do you.

The only way to solve these cultural issues is to love ourselves. Once we love ourselves we can then create boundaries for ourselves, and trust ourselves to trust others and then community and respect and healing and growth happen. They don’t happen in anger, or hate or disagreements.
