It’s never too late in life to make a change. I’ve taken a looong time to decide that it was time to do things differently. In this podcast I’ll be discussing different topics and speaking about my experiences on my personal journey to change. I’ve still got a long ways to go but it’s about deciding to do it and then making moves. Each day we wake is day to do something different from yesterday when it comes to self improvement.     Lately certain conversations and situations have me thinking a lot more about the root of my issues.

    I can say it’s about childhood trauma etc.. but it’s a lot of different things in life that forms us. It may begin in childhood yes, but every moment in our lives define us in one way or another.

    We can choose what to become based on the experiences, take the good and the bad and allow it to transform us into something great.

    While visiting a familiar area in the city today, I got to thinking about the person I used to be. It was good to realize that I have grown, that I have changed from who I was then. Thank God! Cause that person was not a good person. She was messed up in every way possible at that time. So when you look back over any part of your life can you see a difference? If it’s good, great, if it’s bad, then maybe see what can be done differently… IF you want to be better, have better, do better.
