A proposito di questo titolo

In this week's episode, I connect with my dear friend Jhemma Ziegler on her LOVE OF ACTING! Jhemma's love for the craft began as a young girl performing for her grandparents. She attended Ransom High School and was heavily involved in the theater program. We chat about her transition from Miami to Hollywood, rude awakenings, shadow work, and spirituality. We talk about shadow work as it relates to embracing aspects of a character or role that brought up resistance and how she embraced it.  We talk about her darkest role playing a troubled young mother to her most recent role as the  "Scant Queen " on HBO max. Jhemma has an extensive acting biography that includes roles in Capone, NCIS: New Orleans, Bones, and much more. She's a grounded, reflective, and spiritual actress that is devoted to the craft first and foremost. We get personal and chat about meeting her boyfriend, breaking down intimacy walls, and her go to self-care practice. This episode is for anyone with a love for the expressive arts coupled with a dose of spirituality and shadow work talk.
