Jessica has been an RN, BSN since 2012. She became a Nurse because she loves to help others. She also has many additional certifications. Jessica opened her own practice to be able to provide clients with a unique standard of care treating everyone with importance and dignity. Miguel Received training from ISSA as a Certified Personal Trainer. Also certified in Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, and CPR. He had had a passion for fitness since he was 12.

Miguel’s mission is to help people achieve their goals in ways that fit their personal needs.Together they have a family owned and operated one stop shop for health, beauty, and fitness. They offer a variety of fitness training options, esthetician services, lab work and point-of-care-testing, along with IV hydration, medical weight loss, and a variety of nursing services.
