    Over the last two months, I went on a bit of a sabbatical. If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen my last few posts that talk about this a little bit. Without going into detail, let's just say there were a few situations that forced me to look at myself, my behaviors, my values, and the direction I want my life to go in.

    This led me to do the most amount of inner work and healing I've done in the last 2 1/2 years, and it was 100% worth it.

    You might be familiar with doing the inner work and healing previous traumas. If you aren't familiar, welcome to this concept. If you are familiar, you might have done some work yourself, or you might not know where to start.

    For my first podcast episode post-sabbatical, I wanted to go into this more as it absolutely affects us in all areas of our lives, ESPECIALLY in business and entrepreneurship.

    • How do you know what work you need to do?
    • How to actually do “the work”.
    • The results you can expect.
