When, working in a casual dining setting. How do you feel about "The guest always being right"? even if it doesn't make sense. Well things are changing, and it needs to make sense. You cant get come in and show your ass in a general setting and expect someone to be polite back. That's unfair. You get what you give. These are some of the reasons why guest need to be put in their places. Act like adults with Sense.
