Relief isn't wrong. Sometimes we genuinely need it. But relief and healing are not the same thing. Relief quiets the discomfort temporarily. Repair changes us at the root. I share examples of how we often reach for quick emotional relief without realizing we're bypassing the deeper work that creates lasting peace, trust, and confidence.
