The note from the girl and the mother who returned.
An eleven-year-old girl disappears from a bus stop, leaving a note that says her mother has come back for her. The problem: her mother also disappeared almost a year earlier, from the same place and with the same man as the last witness. What secret does the six-thousand-acre plantation hide?
In this episode, the disappearance of Annette and Corey Malinowski is analyzed, two people who vanished from the same spot on an isolated plantation. The testimonies and circumstances surrounding both events are examined, looking for patterns and contradictions. How is it possible for mother and daughter to disappear in the same way, with a year apart?
