It's been a minute family!

I am not sure the universe wanted me to release anything until today.

The topics seem relevant. In this episode I talk about health, how optimization can be good but how we can get stuck in an unhealthy cycle of trying to fix and more.

Yes, I took time off, but when I went to record (a few times) nothing worked. All of a sudden when I feel the call to release episode 79, everything worked for me to record the intro.

This episode was recorded a couple of months ago. The intro is obviously from today.

I have missed all of you.

Since taking off time I am up to over 1k in downloads and that is wild to me. So wild. Thank you all for being here with me. It's nice to be back. It feels right.

Be the glitch and other ramblings from a feverish mind.

I am sick and wasn't going to put out an episode.

I decided 5 minutes before I started to record that I was going to put this out.

Each small step, no matter how small, is bringing us closer to where we are meant to be.

Don't get distracted.

This is Inspired Perpetual Alchemy.

This episode is taking it back to my roots. This is recorded on my phone, partially.

In a world that is polished and AI generated, this is me, in my imperfectness, showing up raw.

Life has been lifing for me, just as it has for everyone around me.

I still want to show up and if that means I need to pivot then that is what I do.

This is life. It is not a polished and perfect social media feed. That shit isn't real. While it may look pretty, it also makes us feel alone in our struggles, and with the thought that we have no idea what we are doing while everyone we see does.

None of us know what we are doing. We are just doing our best to exist in a world where systems have been built that don't serve us on any level of our human being and making the best out of it and making life as beautiful as we can.

I will always do my best to stay as transparent and real as possible (while maintaining my privacy). I will show you the nitty gritty of life and how I am moving through it with the tools I have.

Our emotions do not dictate who we are. Our past is not who we are. Its how we show up despite all of the things. It's how we use what we are shown and keep moving forward. It's resting when necessary and not waiting until we are forced into it. It is realizing patterns and not intellectualizing them to bypass them.

We cannot bypass and ignore signs and symptoms, and hope things get better. We have to be responsible for our minds, bodies, souls and lives.

In a society build for compliance, be a rebel. Be so you that and so free that the system fractures just a little bit.

Be authentic. Be in integrity. Be Sovereign.

Dance, play, write, create, get into nature, love fiercely, just live!

Thank you for being here rebel souls.

You are worthy. You are enough. I am proud of you. You are loved.

Keep going alchemists.

Sometimes the alchemy is hiding in what we call rambling. Most people don't understand that in the rambling are "ah-ha" moments. People will send me voice messages and then apologize for rambling, and I tell them not to. Some of the best gold is hidden in these seemingly meaningless conversations.

I have so many great conversations that had so many codes and keys for myself and others and all we did was ramble and allow the conversation to lead where it would naturally go.

In this episode I just take you through a few things I have been noticing as a theme within myself and others in terms or integration and what it feels like, parenting a magical and self-aware teenager and other small thoughts in my head.

Thank you for being patient with my in my messiness. Messy alchemy is just part of who I am.

I do have other episodes related to some of these topics, so go check them out if you feel so inclined.

Thank you for being here.

Episode 75 | The Alchemy of Pressure, Softness, and Becoming Gold

You’re not behind. You’re under pressure — and that pressure is shaping you into gold.

What if the pressure you’re feeling right now isn’t a sign you’re failing…
but a sign you’re in the midst of transformation?

In this episode, I explore the deeper alchemy of pressure — not as something that forces us to hustle harder or prove our worth, but as something that shapes us slowly, gently, and powerfully over time.

Diamonds are not made by rushing.
Gold is not created by panic in the fire.
And neither are you.

We talk about:
• The difference between force and true transformation
• Why growth can feel heavy even when you’re aligned
• Transformation, presence, and trusting your timing
• Softness as strength in the alchemical process
• How pressure can shape you without breaking you

This episode is for anyone who feels like they’re behind, unseen, or transforming quietly while the world keeps moving.

You are not failing.
You are becoming gold.

There is a bonus Visualization in a new playlist because I want things to be easier for you to access and come back to.

Thank you for being here for 75 episodes!

This is the beginning….small sustainable steps.

This is where alchemy really begins — not with changing the world around you, but with becoming more aware of what is already happening within you and who you are.

As you grow, shift and evolve, the reality around you shifts.

Internal matches external. (More on this in another episode)

This is the small beginnings of magic and alchemy.

I tried to bring things as close to the beginning as I could because I am asked a bout this a lot.

Magic and alchemy aren’t always easy and it will take lots of iterations of potions and mixtures to find what you are looking for.

Be patient and please know everyone’s path is different. Yours won’t look like mine and mine won’t look like someone else’s. We can still use similar tools, but the path will look different and that it okay. We are all finding our unique magic.

I really hope that this helps and lands as I intended.

If you have questions, please feel free to find our private group on Facebook, where we go deeper into these discussions.

I hope you learn how magical you are.

I hope you know that you are loved and worthy just as you are in this moment.

The future is human and as we all begin to find ourselves the human collective shifts and evolves.

Friday the 13th has a way of making us confront the things we’re secretly afraid of…and for many of us, love is one of them. With Valentine's Day being tomorrow, I thought this may the perfect time to cover this subject.

Love is not something that can be quantified.

It exists within us and all around us and who we are as human beings at our core.

Society wants to place conditions on what love is and I call BS.

This episode is about love, but not in the way you may think.

This is a longer episode with a visualization at the end. If you choose the do the visualization at the end, please make sure you are in a place you feel supported and safe.

Love doesn’t always look the way we were taught it should.
It isn’t always loud, passionate, or permanent in one expression.
Sometimes it transforms into friendship.
Sometimes it becomes distance with care.
Sometimes it remains quietly in the background as a sincere wish for someone to live a beautiful life.

I tried to take care when prepping and recording this one because I wanted to cover everything about the topic that I could in a short period of time.

I go over everything from my perspectives, to loving as a mom, what society tries to tell us, the different types of love, intimacy and safety, the messy, very human nature of loving others while still learning to love ourselves, and everything in--between.

Thank you for being here with me.

Please know you are enough. You are loved. You are worthy of love in every version of you. I believe in you.

Keep going.

This episode came to me when I woke up at 2 something in the morning. I was like " I need to write this down".

I sleepily thought "Are you serious?", as I wrote down the title and a couple of notes.

Thresholds are being passed daily as I find the balance between staying present and geeking out with what is going on within me and around me.

We have the choice to freeze our asses off and be uncomfortable, or, we can turn on the heat and decide to stop being stubborn for the sake of being stubborn.

Life doesn't have to be a struggle or hard just because it always has been.

Maybe turning on the heat instead of freezing will allow you the focus and allow the space for you to do what you need to, with more ease and less struggle.

Each small sustainable step and inspired action, no matter how messy, is Inspired Perpetual Alchemy.

Let me know if I need to go more unhinged in these episodes.

Keep creating alchemy.

With love,

Lizzie
