He begins by going over a few minutes of theory including decision making as a spectrum, followed by elaborating on three leadership styles and then illustrates how the styles can be contrasted when leaders are feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

He is joined by Ayanna Dookie and Anthony Moore from New York's stand-up comedy scene, and the episode is closed out with an inspiring story by Stacey as well as a segment that pairs a relatable frustration coupled with helpful intervention.
