Following the Missions Emphasis weekend, Tara sits down with Global Partners Jeff and Julie to explore how global missions has shifted over the past 100 years, including changes in both who we are reaching and how we approach that work. They explain what defines an “unreached people group,” why reaching these communities is so important, and the role of partnerships with those who are best positioned to share the Gospel among them.

Join Tara and Pastor Sam for a conversation about the power of partnerships between churches and national ministry partners around the world, extending the reach of the gospel to places we may not be able to go ourselves. Pastor Sam also shares his vision as he steps into his new role as Pastor of Kingdom Ministries and offers a preview of what’s ahead in November, including the Jehovah-Jireh Offering and how it will help support West Park’s global mission to make disciples Here, Near, and Far.

Tara continues her recap of summer ministry trips by sitting down with Amy Larson and Linda Reedy to share their August trip to Egypt, where they served at a girls’ camp and a minority school. After years of serving God in their own unique ways, both women reflect on how He brought their stories full circle through this experience. They also share how national partners in Egypt are working together to share the love of Jesus, build relationships, and see lives transformed by the gospel. Listen in to hear how God is at work in Egypt and how He continues to weave together stories of faith and service!
