I want to offer you a different perspective on living victorious one that I believe will bring new meaning and application that if you get ahold of this you will begin to living a victorious life and stand strong as living more than a conqueror. This is what the apostle Paul badly declared in Romans 8:3 We are more than conquerors through him him that loves us.

What do you see within your imagination when you hear the word victory, conquer or victorious. Those words were very familiar in the vocabulary of the times when the apostle Paul wrote the book of Romans. Conquerors, winners or victors were primarily associated with games, sporting events, or conquering war heroes of that era.

But what about the post modern society we live in today. With all the new technology and rapid growth of AI, the rise of influencers and social medial platforms trying to show how us what victorious living looks like. Let me ask you a question Are you able to even imagine yourself as conquer, or living a victorious life. Unfortunately for far too many of us the answer is no.

My name is Omar Rogers, also known as The Faith Professor, and I am the founder of Imagination and Faith Ministries. I want to Thank you for joining me for this week's message Living victorious.

I will expose the identities of these three enemies and how they work together to wreck havoc on the world and especially of those who choose to follow Christ.

My name is Omar Rogers, also known as the faith professor and I am the founder of imagination and faith ministries. I want to thank you for joining for this weeks message titled: You Can’t Win this Battle with Religious Practices.

Part of overcoming is knowing our enemy. If you don’t know exactly who your greatest enemy is how you can wage an effective battle. It is imperative that we as followers have a working knowledge of the tactics, movements, and overall strategies of our key enemies. This is not about that co-worker, neighbor, or significant other or spouse. In fact it is no other person that posses the greatest threat to your life now and into the future.

This incredible story continues with this powerful segment. As John discuss his near death experiences and his journey to Christ.

We serve a God who looks at a valley of dry bones and imagines an
army. We serve a God who looks at a broken life and sees a masterpiece.
Today’s episode is living, breathing proof of that truth. Our guest today
is John Emmanuel.

At one time, John’s life was defined by the streets, gang culture, and survival. He was trapped in a world where loyalty was demanded, and violence was the language. But God had a different vision for his life. In a moment of radical grace, John went from a gang banger to a devoted follower of Jesus Christ.

The most important question we must ask ourselves is- What road are we on today?

Take a moment and consider that question in light of your lifestyle and daily behavior. Truly consider how much communication do you have with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Relationships are often measured by time spent together. Look in the mirror of your life and reflect on your time or lack of time spent in His Holy Scriptures, and presence with prayer, tears and song.

We only have two roads to travel on in this life they both lead to eternity but one leads to eternal destruction and the other one to eternity with Christ.

All of us on the road to eternity but how we live now and the choices we make all impact our final destination. Today I will discuss the two options that are available to all of us. Just remember you, me, them, and they are one of these roads

Everywhere you turn today it seems like something negative is being reported, told or discussed. There seems to be an obsession with the negative narrative? If you’re not careful you will find yourself becoming a victim of the negativity and I will tell you it comes with host of bad outcomes.

It seems the entire world is living in a state of negativity and fear. Which often go hand in hand. The Lord has given his followers choices on how we want to experience this life. Theres an option the far exceeds positive affirmations, self talk, and writing yourself happy feel good notes.

It begins and ends with the word of God. It is here that we can find comfort and a solid foundation to base our lives on. No longer do we need to get down on the news, of shortages of food, jobs, money, and even love.

One of the most empowering approaches to winning this battle of against the negative narrative is to replace negative thoughts with more powerful and persuasive thoughts.

These types of thoughts are generated from Scripture as they can fuel the imagination with hope and positive possibilities and enhance our overall life experiences.

I wrote a book called the SoulTrap and one of the reasons I wrote it was I sensed a lot of people tend to maintain a devil first perspective. It’s like they’re talking, teaching, and preaching more about what the devil and the powers of darkness are doing than what the Lord is doing through the Holy Spirit.

I want to encourage you to visit my YouTube, Facebook or Instagram page and the link for this book is in my bio. It will truly change your perspective. In addition theres a preview of my other book Imagination and Faith for Extraordinary Living that I included as bonus for you.

All of us are called to be students of the word and make it a priority in our lives. Part of that is meditating on the word which goes past just simply reading it. We need to think upon the word, imagine how it applies to our life and the world around us.

Somewhere along the way, we, as a Christian community, seem to have fallen off the rails, with the establishment of superstar ministers and ministries filled with the excitement of music, lights, smoke, and other theatrics. Has taken center stage. All of it is very entertaining, and I’m not suggesting any of this is sinful or ungodly. But how does it really get you closer to Christ?

Our purpose - Our reason for existence is to honor the Lord. All Glory belongs to Christ. There is no other name by which we must be saved. Falling to our knees and humbly accepting the gift of salvation is the most important step for all of humanity.

In this episode, we dive into why reading Scripture for yourself is essential for spiritual growth, discernment, and a genuine relationship with God. While pastors, teachers, and religious leaders can provide guidance and wisdom, they should never replace personal study of the Word.

We explore how Scripture encourages believers to seek truth firsthand, test every teaching, and develop a faith rooted in revelation rather than tradition alone. This conversation challenges listeners to move beyond passive Christianity and become active seekers of God’s voice through His Word.

Whether you’re new to the Bible or have been in church for years, this episode will inspire you to open the Scriptures with fresh eyes and a deeper hunger for truth.
