Brad is a longtime lover of all things fast food and prepackaged goodness whereas Kara is a longtime fitness and healthy food enthusiast. However, in the name of Love, she fell HARD off the wagon and joined Brad in his horrible food ways. The meals were faster, they WERE tasty, and they were relatively cheaper. Brad and Kara now need to lose MANY pounds not only to fit back into clothes long forgotten, but to feel better in their bodies! To do this, they need to examine all areas of their lives in order to not only change how they look, but how they feel!
