Rep. Ilhan Omar was asked point-blank whether her ex-husband, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, is biologically related to her, and her answer was "Not to my knowledge."

Days earlier, federal agents searched her Washington, D.C. home as part of a reported immigration fraud investigation.

Now a DOJ court filing refers to her as "Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, a/k/a Ilhan Abdullahi Omar," without explaining why.

DOJ also says the search warrant has not been "fully executed" and wants to delay responding to media requests to unseal the records, possibly until November 9.
