Sometimes we all need some help just getting started.

It's a first step, not a destination: one honest walk through the whole lesson, every major point, in under ten minutes, so you can open the scriptures this week with something already in hand. And if you're ready to go deeper, please do — wonderful teachers go much further into these chapters than we can here; let this be the step that gets you to them. In the gospel, something is always better than nothing.
