Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.
In this episode, we hear from Dr Karen Stroobants, Director at CultureBase, and Kerryanne Quinn, Head of Talent at the University of Warwick. Bringing together the perspectives of a higher education researcher and a university decision-maker, Karen shares evidence from her work on narrative CVs and Kerryanne reflects on what this means in practice for universities. They reflect on the process of translating evidence into action, including the need for piloting narrative CVs in local contexts and providing the appropriate surrounding infrastructure and training.
The podcast is hosted by Lizzie Ville, Research Associate at the University of Bristol, who works on the COMET project. This project is funded by the Wellcome Trust.
