Welcome to Episode 2, which proved much harder to record than episode 1! Kevin and Laura give a quick update on their kids' summer (son's Africa trip). We talk about our weekend away without the kids and Kevin's job (the Bandages side of our name) and the challenges of being a supervisor (lieutenant) on the medical side of the fire department. Then, we wrap up by sharing different factors to consider when contemplating a job change. Factors like financial circumstances, your job satisfaction, dynamics of work relationships, time and schedule needs, your gifts and abilities, stages in life with kids, your personal health-both physical and mental, the needs of your family, your faith and beliefs.
