Anchored in Grace — “Move, Intentionally” (Welcome Intro)

Welcome back to Anchored in Grace. We’re so grateful you’re joining us today.

Yes, welcome family. Today’s conversation is titled “Move, Intentionally.” This isn’t just about physical movement—it’s about spiritual movement, heart posture, obedience, and trusting God when He says, “It’s time to shift.”

Before we dive in, wherever this message finds you—in the car, at work, or curled up at home—take a breath. The One who anchors you in grace is holding you in His love and peace. You are not walking alone.

If this episode found you unexpectedly, we believe you didn’t land here by accident. God is inviting you to listen, to receive, and to step forward—one faithful, intentional move at a time. Maybe it’s a shift in how you pray, how you show up for your family, how you trust God with the unknown, or how you release what you’ve been holding. In Him we live and move and have our being, and today we’re choosing to move with Him.

So open your heart, settle your spirit, and let’s lean in together. This is Anchored in Grace—“Move, Intentionally.” Let’s begin.

Homework & Practice: Moving Intentionally This Week
    1. Pause & Pray Daily
Ask God each morning: “Lord, where are You inviting me to move—mentally, spiritually, or practically?”
    2. Identify One Area of Resistance
Write down one place where you feel stuck or hesitant. Invite God into that space.
    3. Take One Intentional Step
That could be a conversation, a boundary, a habit change, or obedience to something God has already spoken.
    4. Journal the Movement
At the end of the week, reflect:
What did God reveal? What changed in me?

    Psalm 37:23 (Easy Read):
“The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who trusts in Him.”

    Walk Through It

You’re invited to join us on Walk Through It, a podcast where we slow down, sit with the text, and walk through the moments that shape our faith and identity.

In this episode, we’re diving into a powerful and unsettling moment from Scripture—when Jesus returns to His hometown, boldly proclaims that He is the Messiah, and is met not with celebration, but with rage. The same people who watched Him grow up are so offended by His identity that they try to push Him off a cliff.

    And yet… Jesus doesn’t fight.
    He doesn’t explain Himself.
    He doesn’t shrink back.

He simply walks through the crowd—because He knows exactly who He is.

This conversation is about identity, rejection, and what it means to keep walking in purpose when the people closest to you don’t understand who God says you are.

If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, rejected, or pressured to dim your light—this episode is for you.

Come walk through it with us.
