hiii, happy new year!!! <3

this ep was recorded in early December and is very much stream of consciousness, which means I open many tabs as I go, but I promise everything gets tied together with a pretty bow in the end! it was past midnight when I recorded it as well, so my energy is a bit all over the place... calmer than my usual self at times, sleepy voice here and there, but nothing that takes away from the insights and ideas I pulled together here. hope you like it!!!

kinda wished I had published this sooner, but while editing I realised it is a good beginning of the year ep on gratitude, feeling lucky and the power we have to devote our attention to that which fills us with life!
