What does it take to build a football program when you’re starting with half a field?

Tony has led his team to a state championship appearance and earned Coach of the Year honors, but his mission goes beyond football: developing young men of character, leading with faith, and making a lasting impact in his community.

Raised by a single mom who is a pastor and a servant, Tony has faced more loss than most people can carry. Yet through it all, he found his way into mentoring and coaching, and a calling he never sought out.

Tony’s advice for anyone struggling: don’t get in God’s business, and don’t feel sorry for yourself too long. You’ve got somewhere to be. Let God cook.
