In the besieged city of Musang, the gates are bricked shut, the rule is absolute—no one leaves, no one yields. Survival is measured in half-loaves of barley bread and roof beams torn from ancestral homes to brace a failing stone wall. When Lahegroo Nortong crawls out of the enemy’s thorn pens and scales the battlements under cover of darkness, he buys his place inside with a dead steward’s token and a desperate lie. Thrown onto the crumbling, timber-propped ramparts alongside Naedandra Spiker, an outland mercenary harboring a treasonous secret, and under the watchful eye of Mentist Tchwilday, the provisioner forced to weigh honor against the brutal arithmetic of starvation, Lahegroo must help hold the line against a relentless host of ogre sappers and wild-human bands. The Leaning Wall is a gritty, claustrophobic grimdark audio drama of wood, stone, and human endurance, where the class warfare behind the barricades is just as deadly as the army digging beneath them.

The Leaning Wall is a daily serial grimdark fantasy audiobook, with each episode a ground-level chronicle of survival.
