Scripture for the Day — Ezekiel 36:26

"A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh." — Ezekiel 36:26 (KJV)

A new heart is His gift — He removes the stone and gives a heart that lives.

Scripture for the Day — Lamentations 3:25–26

"The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD." — Lamentations 3:25–26 (KJV)

It is good to hope and quietly wait — His promises come in His timing, and in His ways.
