Welcome to Episode 4 of Excuse Me Barkeep? — Serving Drinks & Dodging Fights. 🍸🎙️

We've all dealt with difficult customers, but what happens when a guest takes things beyond an argument and actually tries to fight you? This week, Izzy and Ale are sharing their stories about customers who have tried to physically fight them — because apparently pouring drinks and providing good service isn't always enough to get through a shift in peace. 😂

From choosing to walk away to being ready to throw down, these two bartenders have experienced their fair share of situations where things could have gone very differently. They'll share what happened, how they handled it, and a few thoughts on what it's like when a customer decides to make things personal.

After more than 30 years of combined bartending experience, Izzy and Ale have collected plenty of stories from behind the bar — and some of them involve guests who clearly forgot that a bartender is there to make drinks, not become their next opponent. 😂

Excuse Me Barkeep? — two bartenders, plenty of opinions, and stories from life behind the bar.

Grab a drink and join us.
